These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ultra Focus Inc / Ultra Focus Project Management Services’ Website, located at www.ultrafocus.co By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Ultra Focus website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “You’re” refer to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.
Communication:
By signing up for our newsletter or service, you agree to receive resources, marketing, and promotional materials sent by us. You may opt out of receiving any or all communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button provided at the end of all our emails.
Content:
Unless stated otherwise, all content shared by Ultra Focus on the website as well as social channels belongs to and is owned by the Company. Ultra Focus does not take any responsibility for the content shared by any other website, domain, or channel that may have been linked to us by us.
Purchases:
In case of availing the Company’s services, you agree to make advance or timely payments as mentioned by the Ultra Focus management. In case of dissatisfaction with the service, the customer is eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of buying the services.
Intellectual Property:
Any publicly available information on the Company’s website, social media channels, email correspondences, or documents is recognized by the Company as its intellectual property. Any documents, passwords, details, and resources shared by members of Ultra Focus in the public domain or privately belong to the company. Use of our services does not give you ownership access to any material whatsoever. In case of theft, misuse, and accidental damages, Ultra Focus owns the right to financial compensation and legal escalation. In case of any damage to intellectual property theft, the Company owns the right to terminate any contract with the Client. Ultra Focus is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and adhering to international law. We encourage all users to do the same.
Prohibitions:
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- for any unlawful purpose
- to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
- to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
- to submit false or misleading information
- to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet
- to collect or track the personal information of others
- to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrap
- for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
- to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Recordings:
Weekly coaching sessions between the client and Ultra Focus coach may be recorded after prior notice. Any recorded content is handled with strict standards and is never sold or shared with any third party. Recorded sessions may be used for quality control or training purposes only. No recording, document, email, etc is used for promotional purposes without your consent.
Governing Law:
Ultra Focus has the right to share client information in exceptionally sensitive cases where the law might be involved. The company shall not be incriminated for anything shared with any of its members or if asked to divulge information by the law. Ultra Focus adheres to all United Arab Emirates and international laws applicable.
Modification To The Service:
The Company owns the right to make any necessary changes to the Service based on its discretion. Ultra Focus is not obligated to notify or consult anyone about any changes to the price, services, or contract.
Termination of The Service:
Ultra Focus owns the right to terminate your purchase of the Service without prior notice in case we suspect that you, the client party, have failed to comply with the Company’s terms and conditions. You are eligible to terminate your services with us at any time. Kindly reach out to us by email at hello@ultrafocus.co to terminate your contract.
Liability Limitations:
Upon showing interest or signing the service contract, you agree to partake in the service at your own risk. Ultra Focus, its partners, directors, employees, interns, agents, license providers, or anyone associated shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, or special damage to the client party (including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or any other similar damages). The Company is not liable to compensate for any claims of damage made by the client party as a result of using or inability to use the services or any other third-party resources used during and in relation to the coaching tenure. Ultra Focus gets as much legal protection against any liability as sanctioned by the pertaining law.
Warranties:
You agree that your use of the Services or any related product of the company is done so at your sole risk. All claims of results mentioned explicitly or implied on the company’s website, advertisements, emails, testimonials, representatives, or associates do not amount to a warranty.
Ultra Focus and its subsidiaries do not make any promise that
- The service shall continue uninterrupted
- The service is error-free or will be corrected
- Availing the service shall meet your needs and requirements
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ultra Focus Inc and Ultra Focus Inc Project Management Services and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Entire Agreement:
Our failure to implement or exercise all the terms and conditions mentioned here and elsewhere does not constitute renunciation of any terms or provisions. Terms and service conditions mentioned on this site constitute to agreement between you and us and dictate your use of the services, superseding any prior or simultaneous verbal or written proposals and communication (including, but not limited, to any prior versions of the Terms And Conditions).
